Should we teach children to have businessman mentality or be successful employee

We all have that thought why do Chinese people actually make it in the business world. The reason apparently is that at an early age, their parents are conditioning the minds of their children to do business in the hopes that they will actually be heirs to their family business.
In your opinion, should we be teaching them the same or teaching them to be successful employees for the sake of climbing up the economic ladder?

Yes that is true that chinese are conditioning the mind of their heirs even it is still at the young age. The only sad thing about that is, the early age of the child (child days) is not enjoyed by the child since they will think about business and not playing.
Business man or as an employee ? Why choose one if the child has an ability to be both of it. A successful employee that turns into a manager or supervisor or CEO etc mostly think of a business that is why he/she is also a business man or woman.

All parents want the best for their child, and each of them has their own strategy and upbringing methods for their children to become successful in the future. I believe that the child needs to be given knowledge, and then he himself must do what he is better and closer to his heart.

Well the best thing to teach of our children is how to be a businessman, In the early age of our children it was a good idea to teach them so that when they one going alone and make some business it was easy for them on how to handle. Actually both of them are good to teach and maybe in the come of future of our children will become a rich person.
