Got another exchange to list the coin.
2/2 for me. (should be eligible for some kind of bounty lol)
Coin will be listed on stock.exchange soon. Deposits/Withdrawals are being tested. Markets will be created probably by tomorrow.
I am also early miner and have good amount coins. No intention to dump them. I have a lot of faith in this coin.
well-well-well  Grin
let's see how it goes then. more exchanges = more value

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

I'm not sure that I agree with you.

The volume is low, partly because it's a pretty new exchange, and partly because awareness of Ella isn't really high.

This is OK.

The important thing is that early miners aren't just dumping tens of thousands of Ella on the market and driving the market down to 1 or 2 Sats.

The other nice thing is that the market isn't being driven by frenzy or unsustainable pumping of the coin. The coin is a community coin, with no pre-mine.

There is no promise by anybody that Ella will "go to the moon" once it hits an exchange.

Ella isn't one of those script coins with a big dev pre-mine and an airdrop to drive fake volume for a few hours while the Dev dumps his stock to make 0.5 bit coin.

It's not going to get a paid listing at one of the pump and dump exchanges. That's OK too. It stops the value of the coin being manipulated by whales or pump and dump groups for personal gain.

A nice, quiet stable launch to a small exchange is perfectly fine.

A few buyers and sellers are trading small amounts at some very moderate prices.

By my calculations, ~0.00000500  is about the break-even on mining, so as Mining difficulty continues to increase, we'll see the price that miners are willing to sell increase too (as they don't want to lose money).

The balance of mining difficulty and price is really nicely aligned right now. I've seen many coins get this balance wrong and the mining becomes unsustainable, so another tick for the launch.

Meanwhile, most investors will sit and wait for a week or two. As I mentioned before, this isn't a flash in the pan script coin built to pump and dump a dev pre-mine, so everything will happen organically and slowly.

That's because the ella withdrawals are manual. The admin processes them once a day.

In the era of ICO banned, mining and airdrops were the most efficient way, and I liked the coin developers who distributed coins in this way

You can definitely mine Ella, even with a modest GPU you'll get a few coins and beat Nicehash pay rates.

As a rough calculation for miners (using Australian dollars).

My low end card (a 1050) will get me around 70 AU cents a day if I run Nicehash.
My low end card mining Ella gets me at least 15 coins a day, if not more right now.
Even at the early stage we are at now, I could sell my Ella at a quick sale low of 0.000005
So if I decided to mine and then sell immediately, I can make 0.000088BTC a day.
Which is about 70 cents AU. Whiich is more than Nicehash pays me, plus I get the potential bonus of Ella slowly appreciating whilst I mine, which could  sell my potential cash out increase to a dollar or two.

In my opinion, If you have a GPU, there is pretty much nothing better to be mining than Ella right now.
You will beat the Nicehash pay-price, and if it does go up a little more you could make a few dollars a day.
If you have something better than a low end (like a small rig of 1060 or 1070) then you would do quite nicely indeed.

As an FYI, I'm not in any hurry to cash out. i think the coin will settle at a higher price in the next few months Smiley

I don't plan to sell any of the Ella coins I have mined either, but thank you for getting it into the exchanges. I have hope that slow and steady progress like this will eventually make Ella a success.
