To purchase tokens...do we just send to the address on the flixxo site. No whitelist, no KYC Just send Eth and we should expect token?

It seems that you are right. However, the lack of KYC procedure means that with high probability we will not see this project at major exchanges. |

It seems that you are right. However, the lack of KYC procedure means that with high probability we will not see this project at major exchanges. i think this is not problem , other projects have KYC procedure,but most of them didn't hit major exchange too. |

However, due to legal and regulatory uncertainty in the United States of America, citizens and green card holders of and persons residing in the United States of America are prohibited from making contributions to Flixxo and participating in the Token Sale. |

With regards to the legal aspects, I am curious as to how Flixxo is providing an ICO without a KYC process like almost all other ICO's currently, will this cause legal issues down the line for Flixxo?
