That domain name is worthless to virtually anyone but the GLD coin devs. Yet another dumping attempt.
You're right.
We're okay with gldcoin.anything

I'm of the belief that a coin cannot be killed by the absense of a single person or dev.

The network is P2P.

ByteCoins havent had a dev since launch. And its still running.

I agree on this one. Besides someone will take it over, so I don't worry too much.

We always knew it was a pump and dump from day one with the millions of coins insiders pre-mine. It still amazes me how they managed to suck in followers with such religious fervor. One of them even PM's a negative abusive email to me for being negative about the coin! I told him he was a hypocrite and laughed out loud. GLD is currently only 46% as profitable as BTC because of design flaws.

Maybe someone can fix the coin, to put some value in it.

Reduce block time  from 2.5 to 1min
Reduce diff correction interval  from 3.5 days to 6 hours
Reduce coins per block from 500 to 50

That would make it a coin to be taken seriously then.

Thank you for this
