and just sent again 90 USD as below

I'm with this temporary account at the moment (check trust comments to confirm).
I don't have access to that paypal account at this time due to some legal issues I'm facing. I can try to ask if I can get temporary access to issue a refund, but it's not likely to happen anytime soon.
I wonder why you sent me money some 6 months after our last trade without asking me first, also considering I told you I was not going to accept any more paypal funds from you last time we talked.....
I'll do my best but expect a very long delay (maybe years...).
