Ministry of Finance is proposing to allow the secondary market for tokens issued during the ICO.

This was announced by Deputy Finance Minister Alexei Moiseev during the broadcast for “Russia 24” TV channel while he commented on the upcoming law on crypto currency regulations.

“In relation to ICO, it is quite obvious that there should be secondary trading. It is reasonable that the issuer must have options of buying back tokens(ones issued during ICO). However,there should be some secondary trading between people who purchased tokens or even other people. We will try to correctly incorporate that into the law,” said the Deputy Minister.
