A decree legalizing mining and crypto currencies has been signed into law in Belarus.

It sets framework for the use of crypto currencies and tokens, along with introducing certain tax breaks for crypto currencies transactions.
Resident legal entities and non residents of Belarus have the right to own tokens, create and place their own blockchain based assets through the residents of the High Technologies Park; they also can transact only through crypto exchanges and special operators.

Besides that, individuals have a right to perform mining, buy, exchange and sell tokens for Belarus currency, foreign currency, electronic money, and also give tokens as gifts and pass them on through inheritance. It is important to note that before January 1 2023 profits from various transactions with tokens is not subject to tax and mining is not defined as business activity.

Yes. However, the cards are available only for EU citizens. It seems that MasterCard decided it in such way some time ago. We are thinking about the ways to work around that.

Earth is against crypto currency!)) in 2015 we came to Teriberka, a settlement near Barents Sea. The place was resettled and nobody cared about it. Back then we started the development of that settlement. The cost of land was close to zero at that time. Now life is evolving around there! Houses are being built, hotels are opening.
