We already have beta a version of the pricing system, we don't need to convince pharma companies to use the system, they need the system due to the changing complexity of government price reporting, US and EU which is mandatory.  The target base for user's is Swiss based Biotech (in Zug-Zurich) & US based (Boston-Bay). We did not set a minimum, as our private investors will also come through in the October, they - we are awaiting FINMA approval based on a KPMG audit.
This will be the 1st ICO with a Swiss Prospectus, expected early next week.

The project has 3 phases, dependent upon how which raise will drive the speed of development, 1st the pricing system (push the beta into commercial), 2nd the drug forecasting platform (beta to production, and then commercial) and finally the 3rd decentralised trading platform - this will be a significant phase of the project to provide trading signals for traders and investors around the world.
