Q1) What are the advantages of using a Virtual Prepaid Card?

From the day the card is issued, it's valid for 6 months. Note that this has nothing to do with the Expiry date of the card!
The card will be disabled by Mastercard after 6 months. This will not impact any accounts you already verified.
Q3) Is the card linked up to any bank account?
Your card is not linked to any bank account and no bank account is required to get a card.
Q4) Can I recharge the virtual card?
No, you can't recharge/reload the card. Simply purchase a new preloaded card if you need more Balance. If you need more than 100$ on a card, just send us your request and we will send you the price.
Q5) Which currency is available?
Our cards are currently available in USD only. But you can use it like any Mastercard with any other currency.
Q6) Any hidden fees?
There are really No hidden fees! You don't charged extra when you use the card.
Q7) How can I check my actual Balance?
Contact our Support on Skype via the account you used to purchase - Our Skype ID:seguroservices@mail.com, provide your card number and your balance will be checked. Q8) How fast can I get my virtual Card?
As soon as we received your payment, we will proceed your order and send you either via Skype or PM your card information within 1hr maximum.
Q9) Do you support 3D Secure?
Like many other Virtual Cards, our Cards currently do not support 3D Secure, therefore they will not work with services requesting 3D Secure during the payment.

Yes, the online merchant can credit the amount back to your card. The processing time will depend on the merchant. Just make sure to request it before the card expired
Q12) Do you provide VCCs with Zero Balance?
No, we provide Virtual Credit Cards ONLY with Balance, starting from 5$
Q13) Does the card work with AWS?
A few days go, Amazon updated their policies for AWS and stopped accepting virtual credit cards. So this card, like any other VCC, will not work with AWS, at least at this time. However, you can use the card with other Amazon services like Seller, Prime and purchasing on Amazon
Q14) What is the Delivery Time?
We provide this Service together with a Bank based in Europe, therefore we can deliver your Orders only in the opening Hours:
Monday - Friday 09 AM to 06PM CEST Time (UTC+1) AND Saturday 10AM - 02PM CEST Time (UTC+1)
