The crypto community will soon be able to access legal services on the world’s first decentralized legal marketplace, utilizing a tokenized system to seek out and engage top global law firms with specialized expertise in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.

Dubbed SmartOne, the online marketplace will be the first of its kind to connect members of the crypto community with expert lawyers and firms offering virtual advice and legal counsel over the blockchain.

Legal clarification for the crypto community

The world of traditional venture capital has experienced nothing short of a major technology disruption since 2016, with Initial Coin Offerings (ICO) raising massive amounts of funding for startups and new blockchain projects, far outstripping the levels of conventional financing.

The attention-grabbing successes of ICOs have raised alarms throughout the global finance and banking system, with regulators concerned over the legitimacy and security of these crowdsales. The only reason why our dApp could not fully be deployed was because of external/third party problems out of our control. Since then, we have been trying to deal with them.

We have multiple choices. Some of them would result in having something online for you but could result in less security for our systems. For SmartOne, this is not a valid solution.

Our main goal is to provide something good and fully functional for our community. Lowering the level of quality to respect deadlines is not a choice in our mind at all.

Our team prefers to take its time when it comes to the security of the future funds given to us.

We totally understand your frustration and we are really sorry about the current status of things. Rest assured, we are doing everything in our power at the moment to put things up and running as fast as possible.
