Ive replied on this post yesterday and now i did tend to visit this thread again to see on OP's progress on seeking buyers on his NEO coins and now i have seen that its being sold by someone most of the coins but same as you said when i do tried out to see the balance of the said payment address on op.Its still empty which i can say that this thing is Bogus. He just claim that its being sold already because he is already gaining negative responses on here.

Where did you buy it? What exchange? If bittrex - there is no problem quickly get a verification status. It`s a strange offer...

Exactly my thoughts. He's claiming to have sold it because people didn't fall for that trick. Be careful with your coins.

With 207,000 NEO you will get 64.4 GAS per day based on actual calculation. 1932 GAS every 30 days if he/she needs money just sell them on Bittrex since the neo already there. Withdraw everything from Bittrex with their daily limit will take a long time.

There is no refund in cryto that is why use a reliable escrow. Easy to verify the transactions with block explorer. There is not going to be a problem to verify the BTC and NEO transactions. The escrow service is make sure both parties are safe from scam.
