Let's assume someone used Loci service to register a patent. Would be this patent legit in USA from a legal standpoint?

Loci gives you the right to create  a "disclosure" and this disclosure according to USPTO  rules gives the original inventor 12 months to file the actual patent wih the USPTO

@Northa so what he's saying is that you still have to register the patent with the USPTO, but when you use Loci, at this point, no one else can beat you to the punch.

Great idea if they can build what the Washington Post spoke of. It could change the grueling process of patent research, from the discovery of what cant be done, or already has, to that of what can and even provide like minds to collaborate with. A real game changer

I’m an inventor not familiar with ico's. I’m here looking into Loci use the blockchain and its ability to store and stamp intellectual property “ ideas” thereby giving them marketability.
However if I’m understanding this right loci coin will be initionaly offersd at 30% less than it’s guaranteed lowest price with the potential of going significantly higher.  That sounds good to me. How can i loose?

As an inventor to have the resource that loci is building will compleetly change the game. I often have ideas that I don’t have the time or the resources to develop, so they sit and nothing Becomes of them. With loci that will no longer be the case. I’ll be able to hand them over and loci will run with them. Putting them into the hands of people that can do something with them. I am looking forward to that day. John your plan is genius.
