Looks like no blocks have been mined for one and a half hours. Is this normal?
so this is can't be true. every block mined each 10 min (nearly).
what pool do you use?

I'm facing a similar problem. Looks like hashing power for bitcoin gold has dropped through the floor. Is it somehow connected to the recent revelation of the scam wallet being advertised on their official website?

Is this coin a scam?

It seems that coders have cottoned on to the fact that you can with a bit of publicity fork bitcoin and sucker a few people in. I have invested a lot of time into correctly tracking these forks and sweeping them into new addresses. I hate to do this unless it is absolutely necessary as it creates possible security issues.

I'm going to secure my bitcoin, bitcoin cash and bitcoin gold. I will ignore all other forms until it becomes apparent that there is some value in them.

I guess it's not gonna happen this year, it's not BCH who just pump to where it is now.
The support that BCH has is bigger and I think this will be the only bitcoin fork that will be successful, the rest will just fail in the long run.

the more offensive bch gets the more appealing a gpu bitcoin looks. that's why it's shame that this coin's launch was such a kludge because there is an opening for something like this. if they'd gotten support from a few core people as a sideline and maybe some commitments from soon to be fired ethereum miners then it would've been cool.

This can be the same as BCH, it is all about news and hype, BCH had a lot of haters at the initial stage, but when its price started to move up, supporters number increased accordingly.

nah. tons of people hate every byte of it. the world would be a better place if it didn't exist.

that won't stop people trying to make money out of it.

I missed to dump my coins. I will wait for the next pump. In the meantime maybe some new exchanges will allow trading.

does anyone know where do i have to keep btc to receive btg*

As what i had read from an article before the hardfork commences that when you have btc in any of major exchanges like yobit, bittrex, hitbtc, and the like you will automatically receive a BTG exactly the same amount of your BTC.
