could someone explain that likely is to get decrypt a block of 25 Bitcoins for each megahash power in solomining?

some of you say it's a lottery, I play the lottery and want to know if it is more profitable to mine bitcoins or buy a ticket probabilistically speaking.

Ty in advance.

Current network hashrate is ~130 THash/s (source: http://blockchain.info/charts/hash-rate). Difficulty is adjusted to maintain an average 10 minutes per block, so 130 THash/s will generate 1 block every 10 minutes. So 1 MHash/s is 1 part in 130,000,000 of the total hashrate, so you can expect a block every 1,300,000,000 minutes with 1 Mhash/s, that's once every 2473 years. For higher hashrates, just divide that number between the amount of Mhash/s that you have.

Then a 5Gh will find 1 block every ~180,52 days, thanks.

Solo mining risks orphaned blocks unless you're well connected to the network. No money. Probably not worth the risk unless you have a huge hash rate.
