Looking forward to know about team member profile official website has strange kind of introduction. Is there any video presentation available to see who are behind this mega project. Any reason to choose Waves platform?

Very understandable.  This is our beta site which contains all the basic info for the ICO.  You can find links to all the documentation (15 documents or so under resources - http://hfbbenchmarkico.com/HFBB-Intro/#Resources) and also a link to our corporate site with further independent research reports from top firms such as PricewaterhouseCoopers among others.  We will be publishing an official responsive (and very flashy) website prior to the ICO.

As well with the team members.  We have listed the core team only thus far.  We do have our architects and designers (see some of their beautiful work with the 3D renderings on our brand site - http://www.happyflatsbarcelona.com/) and after the Pre-Sale will add the developers/advisors/etc. for a more comprehensive team overview.  That said, our Financial Director, Bertil Olsson has been an Executive Auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers for +30 years.  He has been in an entrusted position of strict fiduciary duty by the #1 financial services firm in the world to oversee their own accountants so (although he does not like me to say this) I believe he is literally the most trustworthy individual of ALL the ICOs.

It is also true we will not be the most well know team in the crypto community.  We all have venture capital backgrounds specialising in private equiity and asset protective structures which is quite the opposite of social media.  However, the ICO's now are so saturated with the same teams and projects paying members to put their pictures up for the sole purpose of raising capital, we believe some new blood will be a good thing for the ICO market Wink.

too much ico with real estate, hope this is a good ico to invest
is there a minimum limit to contribute in this ico

We were actually one of the first to publish the white paper.  We took inspiration from REIDAO which was the ONLY real estate ICO at the time.  Ironically both our projects have not launched yet - tortoise vs. hare! But yeah, the real estate ICO's have exploded but for good reason.  Blockchain solves a real issue with property ownership, even more so with student property.  With traditional real estate, you can still buy and sell property.  With student pods, this marketplace cannot exist without tokenisation.  Blockchain is a game changer in our sector.

what is the difference between benchcoin and other realestate tokens ?

This is an excellent question and we will also address this in an upcoming Medium article but I will try to give some of the short points (but it won't be a short explanation!).  Much of our project is similar with similar benefits i.e. tokenisation, cross border investment, less paper work, trustless system, etc.

Some Differences Between BenchCoin and other Real Estate Tokens;

1. Focused Niche Market - Student Pods and Property.  The benefits to this market are much greater than traditional real estate.  First you have to understand the student property market.  It is the #1 asset class producer and the top emerging asset class market.  It's non-correlated, which means consistent returns regardless of economic conditions. That said, it is limited to the wealthy.  Student pods cannot be mortgaged.  This means you have to have the €50K-€150K per investment in cash.  They are guaranteed long term investments, but this is a major pitfall as many people get "stuck" because they cannot liquidate or get a short term loan on a pod (it is like trying to get a loan on a hotel room).  They can ONLY sell to other investors which is difficult because of the high capital requirements.  What if there was a way to break up that property into small units and sell it to many investors... let's say many units of €1 each? Now anyone can buy (good for them) and the owner can sell (good for them too).  Even leasing options.

2. Dual Opportunity -
BCT will be payment for our digital platform, but also backed by physical assets.  We will use funding to develop a Digital Student Property Marketplace.  Student Property Crowdsale Auction | Real Estate Tokenisation | Decentralised P2P Property Token Exchange (similar to a "stock market" for custom property tokens).  Upon gaining traction we will expand into retail property and commercial real estate.  However, funds from our token will be used to develop premium student apartments in Smart Buildings utilising IoT technology.  These will be efficient, high standard apartments in emerging markets with very high student demand.  This means consistent returns regardless of the economy.  In Barcelona for example, there are over 250,000 students and 20,000 university supplied rooms.  #1 complaint (and only complaint) is the housing. You can see our Barcelona Student Insight Report for details.

3. High Growth Potential - Maybe the highest growth potential of any of the real estate coins.  Most (if not all) the coins focus on tokenising other peoples properties for sale.  Our platform will do this as well.  However, because we will use the majority of the funds to acquire physical assets, we can implement a Smart Asset Leverage strategy.  Through asset collateral financing, the assets can be leveraged on a high 50:1 ratio.  We can obtain €20M in financing for every €400K of asset value.  Why? Because they own the property until it is paid off over a 10 year period.  With the consistency of student rental occupation rates, this loan can be paid back in a 3-5 year period (without dividend) and 5-7 year period (with dividend).  As the asset loans are paid down, new financing can be obtained.  This strategy can provide returns of 40:1 over a 5-7 year period and by repeating the strategy within the same cycle, even much higher profitability is possible.

I have not seen any other real estate project with a plan to achieve number 3.  Our token will pay dividend on all forms of revenue.  Fees from the platform and rental income from the students and all future enterprises and acquisitions.  There are some other differences but it takes a white paper or two to really dig deep.

It seems a big company to launch , is there only 3 members of the panel ? although it seems the description by them is trusted but we won't believe until they have a picture on it for us to see if its a legit or just a comics made  Grin It looks like a big ICO something to have a trust and im just wanting to know the legitimation first. also what about like Atlant ? can you differentiate the advantage of this over on it ?

Hi, just note token supply is FIXED and the full 80% of the tokens will be distributed.  "At the end of the ICO, any unsold tokens will be divided proportionately according to the contribution of each participant and the pool of unsold tokens will be distributed and added to the individual wallets."  This will ensure a fair distribution and protects contributors from dilution.

Supply is fixed... the revenue potential is unlimited  Smiley

This is just the Core Team.  We will be launching a shiny new website and we will update to a full team profile prior to the ICO  Wink

We are different from other real estate tokenisation platforms in that we are creating a Marketplace, which is highly scalable and the need for blockchain tokenisation in the student accommodation investment market outweighs the need for digitisation in retail or commercial real estate.  Student investments cannot be mortgaged like traditional property so the impact Blocchain impact should be much greater.

Plus our growth potential is much higher.  We are acquiring assets in the top emerging asset class in very high demand markets which have intrinsic value.  Because student rental income is consistent, we can obtain favourable ratios to leverage the assets for exponential growth.

This means the token has dual value opportunity from both sides; the platform and the property.

Why using Waves than Ethereum I think ethereum will help and not waves people would invest in this such thing and after the ICO will be listed in Wavesdex . We couldn't agree more  Smiley  Our Open Management Business Model will provide FULL TRANSPARENCY - all development costs and revenue information will be Open Knowledge (Open Ledger) through to the Dividend distribution.  Use of Smart Contract tech will create a trustless system.  This is a very important part of our project because this disrupts the current Developer Model be used by Student Pod providers which has very little transparency.  It should also alleviate any concern over OUR TEAM's credibility as our project is highly Turn-Key and our Management also depends on the token for financial gain.

If management takes profit, it is through the BCT Token and so EVERY token holder would receive the same distribution, in proportion to their holdings - a TRUSTLESS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM  Smiley Smiley Smiley

Hi, yes you are absolutely correct.  Short answer, simplicity.

Some of the benefits of WAVES are fiat on-ramping, user friendly, easy-to-use wallet gui on chrome app, DEX, etc.  For our platform a lot depends on WAVES DEV of Smart Contracts which is why we mention use of blockSwap by Incent for ERC20 compliant/dual blockchain token.

Because we will use "custom tokens" to represent each individual property listed on our platform, we are very similar to WAVES.  Waves full node makes things very simple- i.e. We would use our token as payment per transaction on our platform (i.e. .001 BCT per trade, or 150-500 BCT to list your property in the crowdsale - equal to less than 1%) and a new "custom property token" would be created for each property being sold on our platform.  These "custom property tokens" would then be listed on our P2P exchange for user trading.  Similar to DEX - a "Stock Market" for custom property tokens.  ***NOTE - However because WAVES is not smart contract friendly yet we do plan on using Ethereum for our digital platform/crowdsale/tokenisation/P2P exchange.***

For us, one of the best parts of blockchain is the simplicity of open ledger.  If for any reason it just makes more sense and we NEED to switch, we will simply create a new ETH token and do a 1:1 swap.

Imagine how I felt writing them! LOL.  But first let me just say, we are available to engage so you can ask us directly.  As far as backers we hope to have several large backers but like any project, it depends on how successful we are at getting off the ground floor.

In reply to the abundance of information, your point is well taken and we are aware of the need for short presentation materials.  In our pre-ICO roadmap you can see the plan for professional creative and outreach services prior to the ICO.  This is a main goal of the presale funding (apart from our MVP).
