Yes . I believe I am a good man who is not a knife. An assassin is a man who has a knife to kill a child by the way I am a vegetarian.

No, it's quite unhealthy to be avoiding the amino acids that can only be found in meat. Vegetarians will talk about all the "substitutes" but that doesn't change the scientific fact that certain important amino acids are only found in meat.

No. I believe in a balanced diet. I only eat meat that I know was raised on a farm, same for eggs and dairy. But I would never stop eating it entirely. In fact, I think that Vegans and Vegetarians are achieving the opposite of their goal by not supporting farmers that still have a conscience.

There are no amino acids that can only be found in meat. You can get the same amino acids found in meat from eating a combination of plant-based foods. That being said, red-meat is considered a 'complete' source of protein as it has all those amino acids.

I know you didn't specify red meat specifically, but red meat is also a carcinogen: http://www.who.int/features/qa/cancer-red-meat/en/

That being said, there are vitamins like B12 that can only be found naturally in meats, so I don't think it makes sense to cut out all meat foods (e.g. fish, chicken). There is a fairly strong argument environmentally and health wise for cutting out red meats, however.

No, but I agree that eating more vegetable is better for our health. I witness many people around me have various illnesses due to high consumption of meat.

I eliminated meat from by diet almost two years ago, however I still eat seafood.

I am interested in eating sustainably sourced food, rather than just screaming about how people shouldn't eat meat. Still willing to consume meat that I know came from a decent place, though it doesn't happen often.
