For me, it is ETH because if you want to base it on daily trading, ETH has the highest price even it is decreasing. Also, ETH has the largest volume compared to other altcoins so for me ETH is the best altcoin for daily trading.

ETH and waves looks good to me as both have potential to rise in future but to make good profits from it you should have patience and manage to hold it for the right time as you cannot build a Rome in a single day  |

you need to find a big 5 volume cryptocurrency on everyexchanger.
because you need to buy low sell high,that is why you need to find a big volume which mean is top cryptocurrency.
do not buy the liquidity assets because it's only for mid-longterm trader and do not suitable for daily trade.
so my suggestion are :
ETH,
XRP,
LTC
and others.
or choose the best on in your opinion because sometimes your feeling can show you the right one

I feel like Stratis is one of the best and secure coins for daily trading. Ethereum classic and litecoin can be good too. These don't really grow up high on price but you can increase your wallet size by daily trading slowly.

For me, the best altcoin for daily trading is Ethereum because it has a high price or value. Although its price is varying means increasing or decreasing, all you have to do is wait for the right time of trading.

The best altcoin for daily trading would be the coin that has volume. Its value will go up and down many times due to volume and many are looking at it if it will reach strong support and resistance and price action thus you can have many trading opportunities. The top coins in coinmarketcap currently are Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash and Ripple. You can choose from these three or you can choose from the top 10. As long as you can see a perfect set up for your trading style then go for it.
Another strategy would be to be updated with the news and see what coin has latest developments because usually traders would trade the coins that are news related and sometimes it will look like a pump and dump and there are times when it will continue to go up after many days. An example of this would be OkCash. It has many developments that catch the eye of traders so those who bought days earlier have gain as much as 800% in just a few days.
