Etherscan shows that you sold only 0.16% (49.350,33 coins) from the 30.000.000 allocated for phase 1 ICO.
https://etherscan.io/token/0x0142c3b2fc51819b5af5dfc4aa52df9722790851#balances

On your website it shows that you sold until now 28% of 30.000.000. https://paycent.com/

Can you explain this?

I am asking again, maybe this time I'll get an answer.

Etherscan shows that you sold only 0.20% (62.478 coins) from the 30.000.000 allocated for phase 1 ICO.

We still can’t understand each other. Let's say I put some of my crypto-currency savings in reserve, you'll use them to get profit, than you’ll pay me a percentage from the profit. Is this option possible?

Which company will assist in the development of this Exchange

I am most interested in offices in Eastern Europe. Have you got your own unit there?

None at the moment.

Where do you plan to open your own offices besides the US?

Which company will assist in the development of this Exchange

Paycent is developed by Texcent Asia. We will disclose the exchanges when the contracts are finalized.
Does it matter which representatives of which country concluded a smart contract?

We also have other currencies such as BTC, LTC and BCH. In addition, we have an on-going private sale.

Sorry for the confusion, yes that is possible as a PYN holder. Please read on Rewards section of the whitepaper for more details: https://paycent.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/09/PYN-Whitepaper.pdf?v=7.6
