It is probably not a scam, this guy is probably selling carded gift cards, so be careful if you are gonna buy any of those, maybe tomorrow you will wake up with five cops knocking your door.
He probably used stoled cards/paypals and he is trying to sell those cards to launder that money, so be aware of that kind of fraud.
Or maybe he is only trying to scam any newbie in here...
