According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

Low diff was to start heaps of orphans but quick re-adjust. Will adjust every 5 hours or 600 blocks. If I had no orphans, people complain, if i had orphans people complain. So I found a happy medium I think.
