Please follow the steps posted on the announcement post, you have to download the config file and create a new directory, call it "configs" and place the config file inside that directory, then run the command.

We are working on a video-tutorial to make things easier, we apologize for the inconvenience, but don't worry, sooner or later someone will start a pool, hopefully with easy-miner for windows, we can't provide a pool ourselfs because it would be anti-descentralization, coin devs shouldn't run pools. We are offering bounties for pool operators.
