Since the shipment doesn't comply to CE regulation, customs gave me 3 choices:
1. Destroy goods
2. Send back to Bitmain
3. Resell to any other country (including EU)

Not worth to deal with such a headache. Estimated TAX for EU to be paid is around 1200$ extra. So in total 4800$. This is a regular selling price in the market right now.
