I experienced that when I was a grade schooler,  I can't sleep at night and when I tried to stand up I felt dizzy. You must try to wear yourself  , do anything activities before goin to bed, watch tv, read books, and try to meditate.

Why can not sleep, do not think that all sorts. Joining with bitcointalk can make you sleep soundly because we can have many friends and can invest for the future.

maybe because of the burden of thinking, do not think of the things that are not important
eating a satiety before going to bed and drinking milk will help you to sleep well

There are many ways to improve sleep. You can just use successful pills. You can start to adhere to the regime: at the fix time eat, work and wake up in the morning - wake up early, even if you fall asleep late (the body will accumulate fatigue and eventually begin to fall asleep before). There is an unhealthy way - alcohol))) is harmful, but fun and reliable works Grin.
And I do not worry about insomnia at all! When I cannot sleep, I sit down to work on the Internet. Very productive it turns out! At night, some other parts of the brain are activated, which, apparently, are responsible for the creative activity. Cheesy
But if you have a big problem, then you should consult a doctor.

Can't Sleep? Taking Melatonin or ZMA before bedtime can help you go to sleep without worries. Avoid using your gadget 30mins before sleeping as well.

Do more exercise and drink more water, if you take alcohol reduce it and make sure you don't sleep too much in the afternoon. In case you awake in the night, do some reading and you will feel sleeping again.
