Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

Drink milk and take a shower before hitting the bed. I also try to listen to relaxing music to help me go to sleep better.

I think ypu should change how you spend your day. Proper body and mind conditioning is essential to achieving a healthy sleep pattern. Here are my suggestions
1. Avoid caffeine intake mid day to night. Caffeine is a stimulant.
2. Avoid exercise 2-3 hours before going to sleep. Adrenaline is released during exercise.
3. Read a good book before going to sleep
4. Use bed only to sleep.
5. Dim of turn off the lights in your room.
This a all you need. Another one , do not get the stress.

I had a similar problem back then. In the end it was found out that the matter in the mattress - it was too soft. Plus sleeping on a stiffer mattress is much more useful for your back.
Use my hint.

I think you are suffering from insomnia. Drink enough water every day. Drink warm milk before you go to sleep. I hope this will help you.

Try to have exercise at the afternoon, aerobic one. Your sleep cycle will get better soon. And if the problem is too many thoughts before sleep you may consult to psychologist. Wink Wink

try to sleep soundly, wake up and do activities that make you a little tired, like thinking doing other things, at night you will definitely feel bored with your activities in the morning, I am sure you will be able to sleep soundly because you are tired. , maybe this is a little way to help your problem like sleepless ..
also stay away from harsh light and electronics devices
