Consider of stating the maximum amounts before the mixing process, so there won't be a hassle when it comes that a user sends more than the mixer can afford. Also, I'd like to see a unique template - the current one is too simple - and a different structure because it is similar with Bitmixer.

Consider of stating the maximum amounts before the mixing process, so there won't be a hassle when it comes that a user sends more than the mixer can afford. Also, I'd like to see a unique template - the current one is too simple - and a different structure because it is similar with Bitmixer.
The maximum amounts are stated once a transaction has begun but before you send any coins. I have never heard of someone saying a template is too simple though, why would we want to complicate things and have to re-educate users on how to use the service when Bitmixer did all of the hard work for us? |

Or are have you escrows some of the funds? Just a protection if let say someone uses your tumbling services but didn't get the funds in their address?

Currently we're dedicating our efforts to proving that the site is capable of doing what it says it can. This is the first ever tumbling service that supports multiple coins. From market research, we are the only ones supporting Litecoin, we are one of two supporting Ethereum and we are one of two supporting Bitcoin Cash. The other two have scam reports. I will probably not start mixing until next year, if at all, depending a lot on what happens with the market, but better to start preparations early.

Instead you'll all send your Bitcoins to us and we'll use our own reserve to send 1 Bitcoin to each participant in a single transaction. |

What is the max transaction you can put through with maximum mixing complexity?
Did you consider the possibility of creation of detached and fully independent mixer pools to fool the newest mixer uncovering algorythms?
The maximums depend on the coin type and are clearly displayed on the transaction page or the letter of guarantee. We always have more coins in reserve than the maximums we allow so we can swap coins around. We change our mixing protocol slightly every so often to fool those trying to track our users. |

if you intend to mix more than once it is suggested you do them within a 24 hour period so your own coins aren't returned to you

PROBLEM:
Used this mixer on November 29th.
Money did not arrive at any of my BTC addresses.
Wrote in support.
Silence.
It's been 42 hours.
There is no answer and no coins either.
I checked everything, I indicated all the addresses correctly.
Used TOR address.
I entered all the details and page addresses correctly.
Used this mixer many times before.
There was only one problem once about 10 days ago.
Some of the coins at the indicated time did not arrive at one of their addresses.
Wrote in support.
I did not receive a response, but my coins arrived later.
Then it seemed suspicious to me, but I decided to use their service again.
This time my coins did not arrive at any of their BTC addresses.
Wrote here, in the hope that support will pay attention to my problem.

The problem is resolved.
Today they answered and reported that there was a delay in all transactions.
Probably a technical problem.
My coins arrived at my addresses.
Claim withdrawn.
But my nerves and trust is spoiled.
Two days passed before support answered me.
On the website of service it is written that they answer within 12 hours.
Probably service works in automatic mode and little time is devoted to support.
Therefore, they solve technical problems for a long time.
