they've started it from the bottom, it would be a waste of time if they aren't going to do the hard labor now. they tried registering their company in Singapore so  that's a good start. if they don't want all those hard work to end up with nothing then they better be working more an extra mile for each milestone would do.

I read the whitepaper, it doesn't go into detail about it, it just state that selfpay is going to use  masternode reward

The masternode rewards will be described in details in the next version of our white paper. We are still fine-tuning it in order to make it sustainable despite a potential high volatility that we want to anticipate the right way: attractive enough when the token price is low although not over-generous when its price is high.
