You say you gave people vouch copies and no one here has even bothered to confirm it, so I would suggest getting someone who is interested in vouching for you to actually do the vouch.

NOTE: I haven't tried the method. As it's only available for US. (Or where the Walmart stores are)
Received an 8 Page PDF with the guide on how you can get the prepaid cards, and some insight facts of walmart system. Including Pictures. pretty straightforward guide and I think if followed properly, one can get some cards. Or can get multiple cards.
