I normally see CGminer and BFGminer for mining Bitcoin and Litecoin, but what kind of software and hardware do you use for other coins?

IOTA
Golem
Dogecoin
Ethereum
Bitcoin Cash

hello you should ask this question in the mining section. mining depends on multiple things like difficulty level , algorithms etc. in mining section you  will get better advise
