After the recent news re. BTC China and regulators crackdown on cryptocurrency trading, we all know which direction bitcoin and alt coins are currently heading. I wish to buy Bitcoin and Altcoin when they hit the floor, but i am unsure of when the right time is to enter?

You can buy anytime. Though Bitcoin is highly volatile and its price fluctuates a lot on every news which comes out and is related to it.
But I'm still very bullish on it. But please make a rule of thumb for investment in cryptocurrencies. Invest the money which you are ready to lose and don’t invest the money which you need in short time.

I agree. With the hype of bitcoin cash causing the price of bitcoin to fall down, I think this is the best time for you to invest on it while it is still low (yeah it is not really low but it is compared to it's last ATH). This is the right chance for you to ride the bitcoin express.

The volatility of bitcoin makes it harder to determine when to buy but if ever there's a large dilemma like when China banned bitcoin on their country, you should not wast time and oppurtunity and buy right away while the value is being dumped. As bitcoin recovers, you will surely see how it will benefit you when you bought it at a low price and benefit on high price.
