Sure. Make a post in the announcements section advertising your site to sell shirts, and say "FREE SHIRT GIVAWAY" or something like that.

If you want to sell these here on the forum for bitcoin, you could consider shipping the shirts to a trusted escrow and have them ship the product out (you'll pay a decent fee though)
