So what happened?

I hold BQX on coinexchange and just before the recent dip I saw it reached the dollar mark so I decided to sell some and make a return.
However when I tried excecuting the sell order it bounced.

It didn't respond untill the next day when the price had significantly dropped.
The support desk is quiet and unresponsive and it has been 3 days now, I send them an e-mail about another topic unrelated to this and got an immediate response (within 10 minutes). I think the lack of care is astonishing and I personally am not going to interract with their exchange anymore.
I don't expect to be compensated for the loss but I certainly won't take my business there again. It was quite frustrating as I already had plans for reinvesting.

Seems that the trading platform isn't able to calculate the final price paid to you as per the screenshots and it may an issue with your browser too. Did you try other browsers as I have used their site many times and never faced such an issue. Hitbtc too lists BQX and you can try trading there instead by withdrawing your BQX balance.

The next day the issue didn't re-occur so there's no point anymore in trying different stuff. I came here more to illustrate the unwillingness of CoinExchange to help with the issue.
