What city/area is your meetup group?
Are you the only group in your area? If not, how many other groups are there?
Where are you meeting - bar, restaurant, someone's house, etc.?
How often are your meetings?
What kind of attendance are you seeing on a regular basis?
What types of people are showing up - Techie types, anarchists, entrepreneurs, investors/speculators, etc.?
Are you planning agendas (if so what types of topics) or is it just free talk?
Other than the potential fun aspect of conversing with other like-minded individuals, have you gotten value of any kind from your meetings?
Have you learned any lessons you could share with other meetup groups from your meetings?

And finally, I think the most important question of all, what steps have you taken, if any that helped to grow your numbers?
