Shares Available: 9000/9000 @ 0.01111

Currently The Minimum stock buy Order is 50 Shares.

50 shares minimum @ 0.01111? So the minimum order amount is 0.5555 BTC. With such an investment it's barely a step up to buy your own Block Erupter and get better returns.

The whole business of buying mining hardware supported by issuing shares makes sense when it involves hardware that isn't very accessible to the average investor, hence the desire to purchase a small share of the operation. But with the minimum investment at over half the price of a single mining unit, which is easy to run for an average user, I don't see much point.

hey mate thanks for that insightful post. I will be awaiting the the new announcement for the price drop in the Block Erupter Blades. I am going to keep the 100 BTC initial startup, and remaining funds will go into further investment for more ASIC equipment, in discretion of the shareholders.

The reason why i did is that i don't want to deal with 1000's of dividend payments. However i have lowered the share cap to 40.

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.
