这次玩大了。特别很多平台的ICO币已经跑路，就像聚币这样的匆忙下架骗子币，数据都会清理，老板和高管吃不了兜着走了，也许会拿一些人开刀。

抓到不至于，就是怕负责人卷款跑了，损害投资者利益，应该是要等到平台彻底清算，部门检查通过了才行。
