Scam? Is that a joke from yours? It doesn't make sense to call that as the scam but that was just like a charity to all of the bitcoin holders, The bitcoin cash just a forked coin from the core bitcoin. It was not scam but that was an airdrop token and may you buy the free token with your money? |

Yes BCH is worth to invest it is the same with alt coins and bch is on top 5 coins on coinmarketcap, and some gambling site already started to accepting bch which is a good sign it's mean there are a lot of people requesting the coin, but same like alt coin the risk of investing this coin still high, so I don't suggest to invest too much and BCH is not a scam coin

Bitcoincash is not a scam,
but instead it was an altcoin created based on Bitcoin source,
in general we can treat it as an altcoin,but the difference between others and Bitcoincash is within their supporter.
a lot of people claiming that Bitcoincash is a next generation of Bitcoin even though we catagorized it as an alt,
many people still believe it's a future for cryptoworld.
other than that,Bitcoincash has no other difference with other altcoins

scam? lets see.
they attacked bitcoin, its developers, the miners, spam attacked the network, and spread a lot of FUD about bitcoin. they changed the difficulty of their coin and made it temporarily profitable to steal hashrate from bitcoin and they were temporarily successful too.
they have not stopped these attempts yet.
scam eh? i don't know if we can call it that but it certainly is malicious.

It's not a scam in my opinion but not a trustworthy coin neither. I personally wouldn't invest in it. I would prefer less risky coins these days.

all the altcoins are highly risky. there is no exceptions about that. and they are all similar as far as pump and dumping goes. if you can notice the signs of pump and dump before it happens then you can be successful in altcoin trading and if not you will only lose money. as to OP question, of course it is scam. BCH was only created to attack bitcoin and no other reason. i have said this before that if they really wanted to make a valuable contribution they would have created something from scratch. i would have supported that and i am sure it wouldn't have attracted this much hate if they did really go from scratch. |

No it is not a scam or sort of anything like scam. Some Bitcoin miners had different ideas to execute so they created whole new coin under bitcoin cash name they are mining. I have no problems with cash personally.

I wouldn't define Bitcoin Cash as a "scam" -- but I would most certainly say it was created for shady and perhaps even sinister reasons. An attempt to undermine the entire crypto community...
In the long term, Bitcoin Cash may end up helping the community -- time will tell. I honestly would never put a penny into it. But that is merely my humble opinion.
That being said, I voted "no" on this poll as I don't believe it fits the definition of a scam.

Yes its a scam ,its a centralized coin. It doesnt follow the market chart. Look at its chart so weird. It pumped without any reason. It doesnt pump if theres a good news about bcc.
Did you invested from the dipped and they dumped?

I would say it is a scam indeed because it is used by people wanting more power and money, why the heck would you spread the money off of bitcoin and use it for bcc, improving bitcoin would be a better option if bcc was not used by people wanting to gain more and more for themselvers, what do you think if another fork happens, and another coin would be created cause of the fork would that be a scam? I would say so, we dont need much coins where money is spread but all pumped in one good coin where it reaches the living world and people actually respecting cryptocurrency.

Imo it's not worth to invest in it. It's an altcoin created by some miners with less than a hand full of developers! The brand name is pretty bad and one of it's representatives is a well known scammer (C.S. Wirght). You can trade that coin due to it's high liquidity and make some more BTC or fiat with it. But this coin imo is nothing for the long term. |

Yes it draining money, but also everybody received great money from it. About 20%. We have same situation with etherium classic. It still alive and it is using more and more. Just because this is huge money! Same with bitcoincash. Also bitcoin cash can be using fully in China, so it can rise up. |

Except that Bitcoin Cash is not used at all. There almost zero BCH transactions, because almost nobody is using it and no businesses are accepting it. It is good only for speculation, nothing else. And as was mentioned above, BCH has very few developers, so you also can't expect miracles in development. |
