This ICO doesn't look very strange.. Dont think someone wants to invest in an ICO that doesn't even have a well written whitepaper.

We are not reselling anything, we are giving the opportunity to all of you to join our funds pool. Our local bank is giving us around 2,25% a month on Lebac's (this a type of investment in a bank) And we are going to use those funds to pay for our dividends and keep buying tokens from the exchanges, once that we have a good amount of money on our investments, we are going to rise our fund and make the dividends upto 2,25% - 2,50% a month with all our investments. We are not selling anything, only giving access to our funds pool. So you are not only going to earn by our revenues, you are also going to earn because of the token volatility.
