I am wondering, how much do Bounty manager get paid?

I think it's easy for a btc manager to get 1btc less than month. I don't know if you're familiar with yahoo but he's the top btc campaign manager and he handles a lot.

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

I am wondering, how much do Bounty manager get paid?

I am sure the compensation paid is what necessitated the asking of this question but at the same time, these people earning as much as you envisaged, have paid their dues.

They didn't wake up one day and decide to be managers but have been active and important stakeholders of the community who have paid their dues right from the beginning and didn't compromise on integrity even when its really tempting.

Imagine a campaign manager holding thousands of dollars for several participants and for several weeks, while some individuals will scam of few hundreds of dollars.

Some of them will have to be online for several hours to ensure participants keep to the rule couple with several allegations against them in case of any flop.

When you put all this together, then you can effectively estimate what it worth, to become one and the amount that should be paid.

Depend on the position of the manager in this community since all payments are matter on how trusted they are and with there experienced so far to manage some various camps here. And if you are been known camp manager here then you will be payed an excellent payments since the reputation of the camp managers can bring some good feedbacks that's why all payments are dependable.

That depends at the manager want. Sometimes .03 btc per week. That's preety good payrate. Some are more bigger. They manager so of course they have the biggest pay rates. You can be a bounty manager even you are a newbie. I saw a lot of that at the bounty sections. For me that's not advisable to join since they are not well established accounts and even not give any contribution in this forum. So join at your own risk if you saw newbies that are managing a bounty campaign because most of them are scams. Trusted members or higher rank is advisable to manage bounties since they already know everything in this forum.

I was wondering because being a bounty manager seems like a full time job. I am hoping they get paid really well. And yes, you are correct they handle hundreds of thousands for participants, they have to be compensated very well.

There will be no specific salary for bounty managers as far as I did hear. It depends on each individual, your status in the community (so you can know how to charge) and how willing you are to pay your dues first before charging high. You cannot expect someone with lots of experience managing a campaign on this forum to accept what someone who is not even known accept. So it is left for you as the prospectus bounty manager to cut your suit according to your size.

I don't have an idea but it can be commissioned or it can be weekly too. But their job isn't easy at all, they are doing their best to make a campaign at it's best. No one will be exposing on how much they are earning it's very confidential you know. And even in real world, you can't talked with your colleagues about how much you are earning in your company.

I think it's a hard job to be campaign manager (of course if he's a serious manager). They deserve what they are paid.
Yes, it's all about the quality.

No idea on how much they are earning and it's not good to compare on how much btc campaign managers are earning to alt coin campaign managers.

And no one from them will tell on how much they are earning or even just an idea / hint from those people that does want to know how much they are exactly earning.

It doesn't matter anyway on how much they earn and campaign owners can give them some incentives or bonus stuffs.

For sure, bounty managers will not post in here, or not hesitate to answer your question, but definitely depends on the budget of the program or project and how long do the thread or managerial last, the longer it takes the more expensive it is. Also it depends on manager to manager, the more experienced and popular ones will charge than the new ones.

not all have the same rates, it mostly depends on the bounty/campaign manager on how much he/she charge per campaign and how much is the budget of the dev team for it, the number of participants have some effect too on the rates IMHO
Moreover, some recruiters will tell you what they have budgeted and it is left for you to accept if you are willing to. Sometimes, negotiations are allowed but it all depends on each individual and his experience.

Completely agreeing with your words here, its always a lowball how much campaign managers are paid for the efforts they put in. Imagine all the alt accounts and spammers they have to go through and sideline to keep the campaign tidy and this is only the beginning. Carrying out weekly payments after grading respective campaign spreadsheets and if he is managing multiple campaigns, the job only gets harder to keep up everything.

Bounty managers will not post their fee rate because for sure they will secretly negotiate by the company that they are into. But for sure it is high because they manage the thread and maintain the thread alive and in good hands, especially those veterans already in this kind of work.

No one will tell you, but it depends upon the campaign and success, else the manager will get very low or as per hired rates. You should have experience in getting contracts so good ICO's will hire you.
I can say they can get somewhere $500 above per week since they are spending a lot of time in promoting these campaigns.

A bounty manager is sure to get paid either with the coin he is managing or via btc depending on the agreement. However, the fee varies between the manager and the employer on what they can afford and that is why we have several of them doing the job. If the negotiations doesn't fall through,  another person might be willing to accept the offer. It simply means what you can accept to do your job effectively it can be 100$ it can be 50$ depending on your need or experience.

Some of them maybe get some BTC for maintenance and Tokens for the result of the ICO and they are payed huge on that and I've see so many managers get more bounties for running a campaign. But its pretty hard to get this job actually since there are so many people want to grab this oppurtunities and the other company wants a trusted and experienced manager.
