I think there is a lot of FUD going on with ATS at the moment. Some of which is probably justified. But if the devs are legit and things fall into place, I doubt it will be trading that low on other exchanges. Etherdelta is generally an unpredictable exchange. |

they closed their ann thread which is vital for any community to grow.... what to do now? all investors like me are getting mad by the dev behaviour... they keep in their blog that shall keep us updated again after a new exchange accept them... that means ? they shall get lost until that? people keep waiting for a new update and they calmly run away?

i agree to some of your comments
i feel there is a lack of communication between investor and the developer / ceo team
when ico period the ann thread still active BUT closed after ruckus on ATS free bounty tokens and they set on break for a week
then why not set up slack?
err wait slack is full of phishers and scammers so why not set other chat like rocketchat, telegram, discord etc for real communication instead of blog post and forum?
NOW i feel bad for my self for investing. i feel a bit scammed here

Also still waiting on my ATS. It was kind of shady from beginning. With a made up $10 bounty ref. Not transferring even half of the bounty time. Now sending people twice but still a lot of people don't receive tokens still.
I shure am glad I didn't invest any money in this.

Still waiting for the promised payout..
Now I got the message from a friend that coinbase wallets won't receive the payments anyway..
I'm convinced that their (ATS token guys) ERC20 rule is not the reason why, as far as I know, the coinbase wallet is compatible with that.
Still other people that did not get those tokens?

I don't understand that even after such a crackdown of SEC and US Government's strict decisions over ICOs, how these ATS guys managed to scam the shit out of people with their ICO? They looked and sound reputed through their website but we never know what's the intention behind anyone's shady mind to execute such a shady business. Has anyone tried to find them through the address provided on the website?

Unfortunately, the SEC of the US doesn't protect people against scams. The SEC rulings on ICOs just clarifies what sorts of offerings need to be registered with them as securities. That doesn't stop someone from creating a scam, or even just a poorly executed ICO. As for ATS, I'm not yet sure which one it is. For those that invested, I do hope it's just the latter... |

ATS is no different from any altcoin that was or is. At the begining of any coin you may not be able to have direction of where the coin is going. There will be tumoil, confusion even scam at begining, but as roadmap become clearer and you have the coin in many exchange and a bit of luck, then you can expect price to move up!
