Physically it is not dangerous. Treat it the same as any other appliance, maintain it and check it regularly, clean it, service it if required. Replace is required before it breaks. As long as you respect its amount of work it is doing and energy applied to the system then you should consider checking it from time to time.

Precisely, actual mining tool is not a dangerous thing. So if indeed we have it then it should give you the best places and always doing the treatment. The mining tools because it is certain electronic items, so if we do not treat the same mining tool with electronic goods then the damage and dangerous levels will be much greater. If that happens then it's not an advantage gained but major losses, so don't assume dangerous mining tools and easy. the mining tools like make true friends you

If those mining tools like computers or whatsoever has not definite safety on electrical power source wiring I guess that's putting everybody's life in danger. But if the mining operators had a proper installations of it based on the standard recommendations given, well that is commendable that mining operations they had is not dangerous.

I don't think that bitcoin mining is dangerous. Well first of all, you're not going to physically mine it, your computer will do the work for you. Second, you will have mining hardware and software which is available in the market, so you'll just have to purchase it. Third, you only need electricity to run it. Maybe, the things that you will worry about is the overheating of the computer. Also, you have to pay your electricity bill. Also, if your country regulates it, you need to secure permit first.

What if you build it wrong ? When you mine your pc works very hard for it. It can someday explode and someday the video card will be burned out and it will stop working.

If you got the equipment needed like coolers and maybe a camera that checks your farm when you are outside your house.

that's needed to be considered before dealing with mining, if we are tend to make sure that we are in the safe side we should also invest with all the cooling devices to be added with our equipment and also better to make sure that we do understand every single information about the mining rig that we built so
we will be sure that we are doing the right setup.

Because i am new at bitcoin i'm wondering what is bitcoin mining and how it is done.
Is it dangerous for us people?? I want to know more about bitcoin mining.

a mining rig can fall on you and paralyze you and you will have to live with brown sequard syndrome for the rest of your life. one half of your spinal cord is damaged. so on the side where the mining rig falls on you you will have paralysis and loss of proprioception. On the other side of you you will have loss of pain and temperature. just don't ask me how i know.

Perhaps he's in Venezuela, in which case, yes it could be "dangerous" per se.

Yes, it can be dangerous in some countries. Like in Venezuela bitcoin mining is really risky. Although it is good for them to survive with the current state of their economy. But, you could end being in jail if caught.

It can be dangerous depends on the environment or places you are planning to mine. Yes it is dangerous when you are using old equipment. possible to overheat and electricity shortage. But for some reason many mining rig are now safe to use just read more in this section.

After having a keen eye on coinwarz to understand what is happening with mining.
I felt like not to opt mining those calculations made me understand it's a profitable choice.
We need weed plantation, <1-2 rigs no profit it's like we spending $10 to make $4.
A business with no profit running is we loosing our energy with a stress booster.
We may be kept in jail if legal regulations of country is not met.
Bitcoin mining is not dangerous, I recommend for a new setup we need certain rules and good to go with an advocate.
If you not met the legal strategy and do mine, you may be falling your own trouble.

It is dangerous if you spend more for mining. Any business is dangerous if you do not have a proper planning

In my view mining is good but it can destroy earth for several years, we have to figure out a solution for this even.
If the mining hardware doesn't get properly cooled or the place where you mine at had bad wiring, there's a certain fire hazard. In detail we can say load will be nearly 80% on wires, Thickness of the in-wall cables. You don't just replace 120v 15a circuit breaker and outlets with 240v 15a. Cables may go overheat if not careful with all precautions.
OP is referring to electrical radiation, that comes out from most electrical items if unshielded, I suppose with a huge mining farm, there would be some heightened radiation, this could affect those who suffer from EHS.
I believe bitcoin mining is not dangerous even because this is legit to use with due care, many even ask avoid mining using laptop for GPU mining.  However you can mine using multiple graphic cards with the proper setup.
Keep in mind and add to your safety check list that you should not use obsolete hardware, everything should be properly connected.  Cool

Only those with specialised skills, high-powered machinery are able to profitably extract bitcoins nowadays.
Mining activity consumes large amount of electricity so mining is not profitable when done on small scale.
Mining machinery get heated due to high consumption of electricity, Bitcoin mining is a 24x7 process, it requires constant monitoring.
Bitcoin is quiet volatile currency, so income from bitcoin mining is also volatile.
Bitcoin is still not legally accepted worldwide.
Countries which earlier allowed and promoted bitcoin and its activities are putting ban on it.
So how bitcoin minor who have invested in mining business will survive in such uncertain conditions.

Yes! it overheat the computer and some components will fail because of that (if for example, the computer is dusty. If the parts are well-maintained and the computer is not boxed in, this shouldn't be the issue)

i think Bitcoin mining is not dangerous if you do the right thing in your working area there are ways to have a safe work zone  you need to buy all the safety precautions need to your computer. If you want a guide or safety list you can try to google it or find it in you tube.
