If you trust no one then the entire trust system is irrelevant to you, since you won't be participating in any trades since that requires a degree of trust and most certainly no one will send first lest you use an escrow that you don't trust. There are plenty of people that continue to participate in the forum regardless of their trust. See Spoenik for example.Certainly the system requires rectification but how are you going to do that?

should not shop on the forum.
there is no other alternative to solve the problem.
