Most of the functionality is basic. Login, Register Account, Forget Password. I also have a decent ammount of documentation regarding this API. I also want users to be able to deposit, withdraw btc from their account via unique btc address.
More details in PM.

Why specifically PHP?
I'm open to suggestions. But why not? Can you provide some statements?

I might be interested. Though I am searching for trivial PHP jobs, not very time consuming ones.

You asked why not to do it in php: Having the front end be the back end causes some vulnerabilities. See MoneyPakTrader.com rants. If you separate the two and have the back end do fixed function tasks, you can avoid sql injections. I would write the back end in vb.net and then have a PHP front end add to a task queue that the fixed function back end program processes, which can't be accessed from the web server.

You can do the backend in Visual-Basic? Seriously? My first idea was java, but nevermind...

Yes, I was just saying vb because that's what I'm familiar with. See ASP.net.
