A simple look through the forum would show the other 54 threads with the answer to your question.

When the subject of buying BTC with Paypal comes up, I often remember this:

Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

Well if you read the sticky that clearly says "Newbies - Read before posting" you could've known.

Quote from: Lauda link=topic=1689727.msg16958010#msg16958010

How long do I need to wait between forum posts?
Waiting time between forum posts is calculated with the following formula:
Code:
waittime = 360;
if(activity >= 15)
        waittime = (int)(90 - activity);
if(activity >= 60)
        waittime=(int)(34.7586 - (0.0793103 * activity));
if(activity >= 100)
        waittime = max((int)(14-(activity/50)), 4);

How is forum activity calculated?
Activity is calculated with the following formula:
Code:

activity = min(time * 14, posts)

Activity is increased by staying logged in or by posting and is updated every 30 minutes. There is a maximum of 14 activity points every 2 weeks.

I think it stops once you reach jr member status. That happens at 30 activity. That happens in roughly a months time if I read the newbie before posting section correct.

that five minutes to wait before posting is a requirement as a new member to post, but it may stop only if you are already promoted as jr. member or even to higher rank.

Well, it's true.  This question has been answered so many times in the short time
I've been here, and it's probably been asked & answered 10,000 times since the forum
was started.  The newbie restriction is actually important, as it prevents bots and such
from posting unlimited numbers of spam threads and posts.  This place would become a
hotbed for spam if that one little rule didn't exist.  The mods can barely keep up with
the usual number of shit posts.

Its normal to a newbie to wait the 5 minutes interval or more. This is to prevent spamming the threads. I think this is okay for a newbie and all of us is not exempted with it when we were newbies.  Grin Welcome!

that's right, this is the same thing when I join for the first time in this forum.
but after I learn more, this is a step to avoid spamming which will harm us. indeed 5 or 6 minutes to post it long, but we also have to obey the existing rules.

Another question that has been asked and answered many, many times. Looking through Meta will reveal the many threads about activity.

atleast 15 mins. to 20 mins. gap because if you do like 5 mins. every posts of yours that is a spam so dont do it if some moderator see that or like sir yahoo he always check that,spam here is no good because you will punish by that like if you join in campaign you will be blacklist by that so posts contructive and not spam
