if the transition fee more expensive than present in case the legal sites are baned which had happened in china,what is the possible effect on BTC price and usage?will BTC vanish in transition process?

I think this is one of the most important issues that bitcoin is facing right now. The high transaction fees are preventing from bitcoin being used more often, in my opinion. It's not going to cause bitcoin to vanish (because you don't vanish overnight with this high a market cap) but it definitely is one of the factors which is preventing bitcoin from growing in different directions.
