The government can create circumstances where bitcoin becomes difficult to operate which may lead to bitcoin's demise. For example government can ban the use of bitcoin in their country, punish those who uses bitcoin in their transactions like imposing additional taxes and regulations or ultimately making the use of bitcoin a crime.

"With e-currency based on cryptographic proof, without the need to trust a third party middleman, money can be secure and transactions effortless." -- Satoshi

Bitcoin is growing very powerfully but in this present scenario which factors can destroy or make its market value Zero.

I guess the world's greatest hackers. If bitcoin was to be infiltrated by people who are really excellent in terms of computer and programming skills, then bitcoin's system might get messed up, thereby ruining bitcoin's credibility. People will no longer trust bitcoin as their number one crypto currency, thus making bitcoin worthless. Still, there's still no great programmers that can do that as of now.

How about this:
While the authorities are developing rules for the exchange of the national currency inside the country (South Korea), the Prime Minister of South Korea is sounding the alarm about the detrimental impact of the crypto currency on the youth.  Shocked Shocked Shocked

The Bitcoins may be the Government. We have seen its impact when announcing the Chinese government's stopping the ICOs and Exchanger. This resulted in a sudden fall estimated at $ 1,000 a few hours before it was said. So if the powerful countries have fallen and fight the bitcoins there is a great deal of disruption.

I think the possibilities of bitcoin of being destroyed is low. Having said that still I can say that bitcoin itself can destroy its own, also the hackers can destroy bitcoin for example exposing all the private keys on your personal wallets, government can also void the bitcoin flowing in their economy and lastly maybe the local banks if they unite together but I hope bitcoin will not br destroyed.

it is governed or being mediated by ots own and unique crypto codes that is part of the whole blockchainz Thus, one can not be dup since it has its own security feature. since it is digital, i woild beleieve that its nemesis or “cryptonite” is digital thing or disaster as well. We do not hope for this but we wish to prevent something happened like the omes in Mt. Gox or worse than that. Thus with the eye of bigger corps and group pf people being involved with btc or cryptos make the stakes bigger. It would be case to case basis or may vary that may differ depends on your loc.

Your right, bitcoin grow strong in the moment the world hear about it's capable. Therefore, I think there's nothing can make bitcoin market value goes to zero. Because theirs a lot of users and traders in the whole world. But I think of bitcoin in near future, maybe bitcoin can be defeated by other kind of crytocurrency's that is raising rigth now.

No one can make bitcoin destroy, But bitcoin market value may go lower. But that only my prediction.

Nothing can really affect it like that but it could be banned or halted from using in the current scenario. However looking at the continuing growth of the bitcoin market cap it seems impossible to be banned from the market and reality as well. :-)
Bitcoins is the most secure place to contribute your cash since its the most secure digital currency nobody can hurt your bitcoins so it is protected to put your cash in bitcoins as you definitely realizes that it is the most secure and easyest approach to procure cash.

Bitcoin exists and grows strongly due to the need to use bitcoin by many people and many people believe, invest in it. No individual can kill bitcoin but if everyone does not use it then it will die.

Do you think that there is a person or organization that can destroy bitcoin? I believe that the bitcoin will not be destroyed because people in our society are continuing to accept bitcoin. There is no person or government that can destroy bitcoin.

None? as long as the nodes of bitcoin will still actives to secure the bitcoin network around the world, but according to the recent news and it seems the government is be able to control bitcoin through give a limit to the exchange sites or even banned it from their countries. But bitcoin is about freedom of use.

I agree. Right now, and considering it's current status, it would be very hard to kill off something that shows a lot of promise and potential. People are really coming out their way to learn about cryptocurrencies, specifically bitcoin, which has given it useful attention to prosper. I think as more and more of these attention comes in, it will equate to more and more investment and real transactions that would help in powering the cryptocurrency market.
