its perfect time to invest btc. There were FUDs and cuz of this btc got dumped but this is it. Its over. RSI for montly / weekly / daily is so low (oversold) now. can not go more down otherwise will big problem but i dont think can go more down. Btc transfer costs are low and speed is also fast. Korean has no attention to ban BTC / cryptocurrencies , tether investigation is not new , its from November. I think btc will go 14k and than will start to go 22k..
