It's because there is a fee of 0.003 Waves and it's not automatically calculated.

It means that you just have to reduce your order by 0.003 Waves (or 0.5 OCL more or less) and it will be ok.

Yes, there are a maximum of 5000 people WORLDWIDE who can be eligable for the investors pool. Now its easy to get in, but later this year it will be expensive. As waves grows and OCL grows with it, it might be near impossible to enter the investors pool for OCL.

That faucet was giving full coins yesterday (now only 0.1), but then someone emptied it instantly. I guess its possible with multiple wallets if you change your ip.

Leasing can be compared to pool mining : you lease your ressources (here Waves instead of hashing power) to a network node, these nodes will mint the new blocks, and you will get part of the block reward.

ATM, the leasing rewards aren't so great though (very little compared to most of the POS coins), you can see them if you follow that link

The rewards will increase if/when Waves becomes more popular, as the blocks will contain more transactions, thus more fees for the "miners"
