 I will always recommend COINBASE and MYETHERWALLET.
these  two wallets are the only thing i use for my Ethereum.
they are good and safe, you can have it too as it is easy to use.

Also even better option is if you buy Ledger nano S Hardwallet, because, it's even more safe than only using wallets from internet and making them or printing them, because printer also has memory, maybe? don't know for sure, but I'am probobly all history of memory on a computer is not intirely erased.

If you need a wallet that will fit myetherwallet.com . Very easy to use and supports the storage of tokens based on ethereum (erc20). For me important is the safety of my scriptactive and I use a hardware wallet Ledger Nano. Its peculiarity is that the private key access to my coins never displayed.

You can store it securely using MyCrypto desktop wallet (mycrypto.com). On my mind it is even better and more secure than MEW desktop version or any another wallet.

Most recently MEW released a mobile application MEWCONNECT , it turns the phone into a something like cold wallet, which is very convenient. I have never tried hardware wallets. But I think that this is the most reliable way to store your crypto assets. I think I should to buy it, too.

yes myetherewallet is one of the best and i am using it now and i hage not had any single problem for quite a while
