I think here part of the key to drive growth is the marketing and developement. Using part of proceeds to stimulate crypto cities , guess places like Seoul, Kiev, Austin, Berlin, Lisbon, Tel Aviv etc I think is a smart move and as well if they dont just airdrop their own coin a up tick for a few altcoins.
Setting up innovation centres in a few key places to give devs some local support to get them going and drive engament with the platform is also a good move, shodul also enable some devs to be spotted as top top talents and push them forwwards without the concern of door knocking for friends and family to pay the rent and buy the beers. A lot of money, yep maybe, can it be used effectively for the befit of the community, I think so.

To roll out a marketplace globally takes a huge amount of funding. A project planning to bring smart contracts to the open market effectively is a huge undertaking but it is totally needed as currently, getting the tech and devs together is a real barrier to widespread adoption.
