Everybody will just enter crap like "buy at 16.567" "sell at 16.569" if the current price is 16.568 to make cents on every movement  Huh

You need to buy and sell 100 BTC just to make 10 cents. The system will stabilize as soon as trading is enabled, and things such as this won't be possible.

Trading without fee appears to put some at a disadvantage?

Hmm, will there be anyone left to trade with ?

Gonna be a mass withdrawal of funds when the doors open again, me thinks.

I'm still in two minds about staying. Their security will be nice and tight, which is good, but how many people will stay on the site ?

I haven't got any BTC with them, just $$$, but I'll leave that there for a while. See what happens.

If there is a mass exodus, and another exchange takes off, then I'll probably move to them. As long as they have a nice low transaction fee to the EU Smiley

They will certainly lose funds.  However, it depends on how well other sites take advantage of their situation.

The large exchanges should have a bank account in 1 bank in every (major) country.
