If there is no electricity, it will lead to no network. Without the network, there will be no blockchain. At this time, the miners cannot confirm the data of the block information because there is no electricity! This means that there is no way for BTC's network to run!
bitcoin network will shutdown if there is no electricity.no one can confirm every single transaction.electricity is the main source of bitcoin mining that used for confirm all transaction made in blockchain.
